It can last you up to 2 years if properly taken care of




How do i care for my extensions?


By washing every week using organix products and silicon mix. (Can be found at your local beauty supply).




Cancellations???


Must receive 24hr notice of cancellation, if we do not receive one; your next appointment will be charged an additional $20




Why doesnt it let me book for a certain time or day?


If the site is not allowing you to book for the specific time you want, the time is already taken and you must book for the next availability. (Site does not allow for double booking).




What is the turnaround time for a unit?


6-14 days depending on the unit.




Can i pick the extensions or the unit up?


Yes, as long as the extensions are in stock.(Must receive 24hr notice of pickup).
